Job Description
FINE SOLUTIONS FACILITY MANAGEMENT PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting visitors.
- Answering and transferring phone calls.
- Maintaining appointment books.
- Performing clerical tasks.
- Scheduling client appointments.
- Assisting clients with questions.
- Sorting and delivering mail.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month | Benefits: Provident Fund | Schedule: Day shift | Work Location: In person.
Requirements
