Job Description
Finprov Learning PVT LTD is looking for a committed and skilled Career Counsellor to be part of our primary contact team. This position involves assisting students, professionals, and entrepreneurs through both phone and in-person inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries.
- Provide comprehensive course information and recommend potential career paths.
- Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Document all interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up with clients and promote additional services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in academic counseling.
- Fluency in Malayalam is required.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
