Job Description
Finsoft IT Solutions is looking for detail-oriented and tech-savvy candidates to become a part of our Non-Voice Process team. This position involves providing customer support and performing data entry tasks exclusively through email and chat, with no requirement for phone calls.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, accurately entering data, and maintaining documentation while adhering to productivity and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications: Candidates should have completed at least the 12th grade or hold a degree, possess strong written English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to multitask. Previous experience in BPO/KPO is preferred but not required.
Compensation: ₹14,667.00 – ₹26,755.00 per month. Schedules include Day, Morning, or Night shifts. Work is conducted in person.
