Job Description
Finsoft IT Solutions is on the lookout for detail-oriented and tech-savvy candidates to join our Non-Voice Process team. This position focuses on customer support and data entry through email and chat, with no phone interactions involved.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, performing data entry, adhering to guidelines, escalating issues when necessary, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Qualifications: Ideal candidates should have completed at least 12th grade or hold a graduate degree. Proficiency in written English, basic computer skills, a typing speed of 30 WPM, and the ability to multitask are essential. Previous experience in a BPO/KPO environment is preferred.
Compensation: ₹14,667.00 – ₹26,755.00 per month.
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Entry-Level.
