Job Description

This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, evaluating leads, and nurturing customer relationships. Key responsibilities include following up on calls, understanding customer requirements, and keeping accurate records.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary between ₹20,00.00 and ₹23,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as a Provident Fund and overtime pay.
Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred. Please note that this is an in-person role with various shift options available.
