Job Description
Join Formula Group as an Executive Car Rental Operations Manager! This role involves managing our fleet and drivers, maintaining accurate records, and effectively communicating with clients through phone and email. You will be responsible for overseeing vehicle movements, conducting interviews, training drivers, and preparing reports in Excel as well as presentations in PowerPoint.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation management, preferably from the Air Force (Trade: Police/MTD/MT-Fit), and possess proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office. Exceptional observational, interpersonal, and communication skills are a must. You should thrive under pressure, demonstrate ownership of customer needs, and make informed decisions.
