Job Description
Fragrant Nature Kochi is currently in search of a Front Office Specialist to serve as the welcoming face of our esteemed resort. As the primary point of contact for our guests, you will deliver outstanding customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly and professionally greet all guests.
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
- Handle reservations and booking arrangements flawlessly.
- Operate phone systems and direct calls as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Prior front desk experience is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential.
- Bilingual abilities are a valuable asset.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹15,00 – ₹20,00 per month.
