Job Description
Fragrant Nature Resort is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Hotel Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ordering cleaning supplies, supervising housekeeping staff, creating shift schedules, and training new employees. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing operational procedures and maintaining standards
- Coordinating activities among housekeeping supervisors
- Inspecting areas to ensure compliance with established standards
- Managing budgets and performing administrative duties
- Previous experience in housekeeping is essential
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is advantageous
