Job Description
Frenzopay is seeking a dedicated Field Executive with 2-3 years of experience to oversee collections in the North zone. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring delinquency rates, reviewing account allocations, and collaborating with a committed team to engage with defaulting customers. Compliance with legal guidelines is paramount, and you’ll supervise the productivity of collection executives through performance tracking.
Establishing strong relationships with key clients is essential for ensuring timely collections, and the ideal candidate will bring strategic skills necessary for effective collection methods.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
