Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Phase 1: Store Operations Training
Learn the sales process, assist customers, and support billing procedures.
Phase 2: Supervisor Development
Shadow supervisors, oversee store operations, and enhance sales performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, team-oriented, and ambitious.
