Description: We are seeking a dynamic US Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to identify candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process end-to-end.
- Stay informed about US visa types.
- Collaborate with hiring managers.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1 year recruiting experience required.
