Job Description
Fruges IT Services is hiring for the position of Senior Customer Support International. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of voice experience from the US, UK, Canada, or Australia. Graduates and undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
This full-time role involves working in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts. A two-way cab service is provided.
Key responsibilities include addressing customer concerns and handling complaints while delivering detailed service explanations. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are preferred.
Pay: ₹28,00.00 – ₹33,00.00 per month.
