Job Description
Organization: Fruges IT Services
Location: Hitech City
Roles and Responsibilities: Handle customer calls from various countries, including the U.S., UK, Canada, and Australia, providing product and service support.
Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capability to answer customer queries. Must be able to work in rotational night shifts.
Salary Range: INR 18,00 to 21,00 + Incentives
Eligibility: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of voice experience. Both graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
Note: Education and experience documents are mandatory. This is a full in-office role; no remote work allowed.
