Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our Warehouse & Logistics team in Tirupur. The ideal candidate should possess over 15 years of experience in garment manufacturing, particularly in inner wear garments.
Your key responsibilities will include ensuring a 99% supply rate, managing warehouse operations, controlling inventory levels, and maintaining the physical condition of the warehouse. You will be tasked with recruiting and training staff while fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
Essential skills include expertise in supply chain management, manpower management, and lean system implementation. Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is highly preferred.
