Job Description
Genesis HR Services is seeking a dedicated Technical Process Specialist for our IT Service Desk. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in international voice support.
Requirements:
– Skills: EOP, MS Exchange, Office 365, MS Outlook, SharePoint, MS Teams
– Education: Graduate
– Location: Hyderabad (Gachibowli)
– Experience considered only after graduation
– Shift: 24/7 (US) with work from office.
Compensation:
– CTC: Up to 6 LPA (including allowances and incentives)
– Pay Scale: ₹500,00.00 – ₹600,00.00 per year
