Job Description

Global Industrial is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. With over 70 years of experience in the industry, we provide a wide range of industrial equipment and supplies to businesses across North America.

In this role, you will assist customers through various channels, provide product information and support, and manage sales orders. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of sales or call center experience, outstanding communication skills, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A basic understanding of French is a plus.
