Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Customer Care Voice Process located in Marathahalli, Bangalore. This is a full-time opportunity for graduates with a minimum of 1 year of BPO experience.
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month.
Shifts: 6 days of working with 1 rotational off day.
Languages Required: English and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities: Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, manage calls, and build sustainable relationships.
