Job Description
GOKITE TRAVELS AND TOURS is on the lookout for a committed and seasoned Ticketing Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the travel industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing travel bookings, liaising with clients, and delivering outstanding service to ensure smooth travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations for flights, hotels, and tour packages.
- Coordinate with airlines and hotels to confirm bookings.
- Deliver comprehensive itineraries and professionally address client inquiries.
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in reservation systems, and excellent communication skills are required.
