Job Description
Grace Staffing Services is hiring an experienced Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative for our voice process team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. In this role, you will provide exceptional service by assisting customers over the phone.
Qualifications: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Spanish (B2 or C1 level), possess at least one year of customer service experience, hold an HSC or higher education, and be available to work U.S. night shifts. We prefer immediate joiners!
Salary: The annual compensation ranges from ₹800,00.00 to ₹1,00,00.00, along with benefits including health insurance and a provident fund.
