Grace Staffing Services is seeking a Customer Service Executive for Visa Assistance in a voice process role. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of ₹17,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month.
You will be responsible for addressing customer queries related to visa processes, providing accurate information, and resolving concerns effectively. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in a voice-based customer service role, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to work flexible day rotational shifts.
