Job Description
GRM Academy & Consultant Pvt Ltd is actively looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Support Specialists – Inbound. We invite applications from undergraduates with at least 6 months of experience, fresh graduates, or graduates with relevant experience.
Requirements:
- Age: 18-45 years
- Exceptional communication skills in English
- Availability for night shifts in a 24/7 operational environment with two rotational days off
- Preferably residing within 18 kilometers of Malad West or Thane
- Previous customer support experience is preferred (1 year)
Salary: ₹22,00 – ₹34,00 per month
