Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to follow up with customers and address their needs. The role involves responding to inquiries, concerns, and complaints via email and chat, as well as resolving issues. Candidates will answer inbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
Requirements: Fresher candidates welcome, up to 28 years old, must speak Hindi; English preferred, minimum qualification: 12th Pass, excellent communication skills, customer-focused attitude.
Pay: ₹9,866.50 – ₹40,127.60 per month. Work Location: In person.
