Job Description
Client: Phoenix
Shift Window: 6 PM to 10 AM (any 9 hours and 30 minutes of shifts)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Undergraduate/Graduate with a minimum of 6 months of international voice process experience required.
- Maximum gap of 3 months considered (no exceptions).
- No cash in-hand experience accepted.
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
Salary:
- 1st year: Up to 5 LPA CTC, ₹34,350 in-hand during training.
- Post-training: ₹38,517.
- Above 18 months: Up to 5.5 LPA CTC, ₹37,785 in-hand during training.
- Post-training: ₹42,386.
