Job Description
GRW Pumps Pvt Ltd is in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Correspondence Officer to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in relevant software and computer systems. A background in customer service is preferred.
This position requires drafting letters, managing correspondence related to payment recovery, and handling mail for outstanding payment collections. Candidates must possess excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
