Job Description
H.K. Jewels Pvt. Ltd, the prestigious Kisna Diamond Jewellery Brand, is in search of a qualified Company Secretary based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in raising funds through IPOs and ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations as well as the provisions of the Companies Act.
The role includes signing necessary certificates and supporting the company’s compliance and regulatory needs.
