Job Description
Headphonezone Private Limited is actively seeking a highly organized and dedicated Junior Executive Assistant to support our Director in daily operations. This role is perfect for enthusiastic recent graduates or candidates with similar experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective multitasking support.
- Facilitate communication through email, phone, and other channels.
- Perform errands and maintain detailed records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
- Gradually assume additional responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Fluent communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using PCs, MS Office, and the Internet.
This position is located in Adyar, Chennai, with no travel required. Full-time office hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Salary: ₹18,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month.
