Hikal is looking for a qualified Maintenance Executive to manage our maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing productivity through equipment upgrades and resource conservation, while effectively collaborating with the Engineering Head. Key responsibilities include monitoring machinery performance, developing operational procedures, managing budgets, and planning preventive maintenance activities. A strong commitment to safety regulations, including OHSAS and EMS, is essential. We seek a candidate with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills who can work closely with the manufacturing team to address and resolve issues efficiently.
