Job Description

Hikal is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Production Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of DCS and PLC systems and will ensure all operations comply with established work instructions, procedures, and specifications. Key responsibilities include organizing shop floor activities, troubleshooting operational challenges, managing logistics and distribution, and ensuring adherence to quality management systems (QMS), environmental management systems (EMS), and occupational health and safety assessment series (OHSAS).

Additionally, the role entails developing operational procedures, mitigating non-conformities, training personnel, and overseeing the maintenance of production equipment. A strong emphasis on raw material efficiency and yield optimization will be necessary for success in this position.
