Experience: 1-3 Years in the Animation/Media Industry
Location: Balewadi, Pune
Shift Time: 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹45,00.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Map talent and gather requirements from hiring managers.
- Source and screen potential candidates.
- Conduct HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
- Negotiate salaries and follow up on onboarding processes.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain candidate databases.
