Job Description

You will manage perimeter security across global data centers and cloud subscriptions, focusing on firewall and proxy services. Be a technical resource for proactive problem identification and solution proposals, and address service requests from customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure hardware/software, manage IT projects, and monitor services.
- Implement innovative solutions to enhance infrastructure and document activities.
- Interact daily with customers and IT personnel.
- Work flexible hours, including on-call rotation.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years in Information Technology and network operations.
- Experience with enterprise cloud platforms and Zero Trust solutions.
