Job Description
Join Honeywell as an Advanced Mechanical Design Engineer, where you will spearhead the planning, configuration, and implementation of conveyor system projects for large distribution centers. You will be responsible for ensuring the technical quality of mechanical designs, developing and validating detailed layouts, schematics, and equipment orders. Collaborate with multiple engineering disciplines while guiding prototype development and resolving design challenges. Your responsibilities also include evaluating field safety, managing equipment installations, and modifying designs as needed to address on-site issues. This role features a hybrid work schedule based in Pune, MH, and reports directly to the Mechanical Engineering Manager.
