Job Description
Become a part of Hotel Indie Stays! As a Hotel Front Office Agent, you will manage check-in and check-out processes, handle online and phone reservations, and warmly welcome our guests. You will also provide information on hotel amenities, address customer complaints, and ensure guest rooms are prepared.
Requirements: Prior experience in a similar role, familiarity with hotel reservation software, and excellent communication skills are essential. A degree in hotel management is a plus. We offer a full-time position with a salary range of ₹10,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month.
Location: Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Commuting or relocation is necessary.
