Job Description
Hotel Luminara is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and skilled Commis Chef to complement our culinary team. The ideal candidate will support the Chef de Partie in accurately measuring ingredients, preparing diverse meal components, and upholding exceptional standards of food safety and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measuring ingredients accurately
- Preparing salads and sauces
- Handling food deliveries
- Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the workstation
Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED is required; culinary certification is preferred. Applicants must possess a valid food handler’s license and prior kitchen experience.
