Salary: ₹200,00.00 – ₹300,00.00 per month
Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with inbound inquiries related to travel bookings.
- Adhere to company guidelines to ensure high service quality.
- Communicate effectively to foster positive customer interactions.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess at least an HSC; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Proficiency in English is essential.
Work Schedule:
- 5 Days of work – Rotational Shifts (including Night Shifts)
