Job Description
Hyatt Place Hyderabad Banjara Hills is looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing your assigned kitchen station, ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes that adhere to Hyatt International standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie, or 3-4 years as a Demi Chef de Partie, within a reputable hotel or a large restaurant. A strong understanding of kitchen hygiene practices and health and safety regulations is essential to this position.
