Job Description
Hyatt Regency Gurgaon is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our esteemed culinary team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently in accordance with Hyatt International’s established standards and strategies. Your duties will include managing kitchen operations as a profit center, delivering exceptional guest satisfaction, and adhering to budgetary constraints.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a luxury environment. A qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is highly desirable.
