Key Responsibilities:
- Address issues at the corporate level up to management.
- Conduct exit interviews for managerial positions.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve inquiries.
- Maintain current Employee Master Data and Skill Inventory.
- Oversee the implementation of HRMS and lead the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Conduct monthly HR analytics and employee feedback surveys.
Qualifications: MBA in Human Resources or MSW with 8-15 years of experience (7 years if from a reputable institution).
