Job Description
Location: Patturaickal, Thrissur
Job Type: Full-time
Contract Length: 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and respond to messages on social media and WhatsApp.
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with clients.
- Track and manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
- Maintain chat logs and report customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred.
- Good typing speed and excellent communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media and WhatsApp business communication.
- Ability to handle multiple chats efficiently.
- Must bring own laptop.
- Available to work from the office.
Pay: ₹3,00.00 – ₹6,00.00 per month
