Job Description
Ideal Crew Technology is seeking a highly motivated Research Associate in Formulation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing formulations for solid oral dosage forms, including tablets and capsules. Your duties will involve conducting pre-formulation studies, stability testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
This full-time, permanent position is based in Bhosari, Pune, Maharashtra, and offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹300,00.00 to ₹500,00.00 per year, along with additional benefits.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. A willingness to travel 75% of the time is preferred. This position requires in-person work.
