Job Description
We invite you to join IIFL Samasta Finance Limited as a Loan Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting village surveys to identify and source new customers.
- Establishing Joint Liabilities Groups and completing KYC verification.
- Filing enrollment forms and efficiently entering customer data.
- Reviewing credit reports to process eligible members.
- Training members on company policies, processes, and product offerings.
- Performing house verifications to evaluate living standards and ensure proper loan utilization.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: ₹18,00 – ₹22,00 per month.
