Job Description
The Institute of Integrated Training and Services (IITS) is currently looking for a dedicated Operation Executive to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating cross-channel feedback from both customers and employees, collaborating effectively with team leaders and managers, ensuring adherence to local, federal, and company standards, analyzing processes to pinpoint inefficiencies, and resolving issues within the production process.
