Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced International Service Desk professional to join our team at Impact Pvt. Located in Goregaon, Mumbai, this full-time role requires at least two years of experience in an International Service Desk environment. Candidates should possess a graduation degree and skills in ITSM, change management, ITIL, troubleshooting, and Office 365.
