Job Description
Integrated Resources Inc is seeking a passionate and dedicated US Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing candidates through portals, references, and our database, to evaluating their skills and qualifications.
Your responsibilities will include building a network of potential candidates, negotiating compensation, extending offers, and facilitating successful placements. We prioritize effective use of our internal systems to log recruitment stages and expect candidates to meet weekly goals.
Working days are Monday through Friday, with weekends off. We offer attractive benefits including health insurance, accidental insurance, and rewards for top performers.
Requirements
