The ideal candidate will facilitate training sessions for new hires and seasoned employees while also providing real-time support. Key responsibilities include monitoring live interactions, evaluating performance based on soft skills, and disseminating best practices. The Trainer will compile and document feedback, conduct small group sessions, and analyze customer interactions to drive continuous improvement. Candidates should possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, a strong command of English, and excellent facilitation skills, along with a commitment to work in Hyderabad.
