Job Description
Invoq Loop Insurance Brokers is seeking a dedicated Talent Scout to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and attracting top talent by sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards and social media.
Your responsibilities will include screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. A successful candidate will have 3-4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience and a solid understanding of sourcing techniques.
