Job Description
ISKY TECHIES, based in Chennai, is in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Front Office Assistant to enhance our software development team’s operations. The perfect candidate should possess fundamental computer skills and effective communication abilities in Tamil.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming visitors and overseeing front desk functions.
- Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies.
- Assisting with HR-related documentation and employee records.
- Coordinating meetings and organizing office schedules.
- Providing support for software development tasks, including data entry.
Salary: ₹14,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month.
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Saturday, permanent position.
