Job Description
IT Vedant is seeking a dynamic Soft Skills Trainer to enhance the interpersonal, communication, and professional skills of our students. The ideal candidate should possess excellent training skills, a strong understanding of corporate and personal development, and the ability to engage and inspire learners.
Key Responsibilities include designing and delivering training programs on various soft skills, tailoring training needs, and evaluating program effectiveness. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, proven experience in training, and strong communication skills.
