Job Description
J. Sagar Associates (JSA) is currently looking for a dedicated Admin Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 5 years of experience in Administration and Office Management, with a proven track record in the following areas:
- Accurate management of billing and invoicing processes.
- Oversight of petty cash and expense reimbursements.
- Implementation of a compliant filing and document management system.
- Facilitation of HR onboarding and exit processes, as well as organizing office events.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
