1. Google Workspace Proficiency:
In-depth knowledge of Google Sheets, including:
Functions (e.g., QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, ARRAYFORMULA)
Google Form creation and data linkage
Scripting using Google Apps Script
Familiarity with data management tools:
FMS (Fleet Management System)
IMS (Inventory Management System)
PMS (Project Management System)
2. Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level):
Strong command over:
Pivot Tables
VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH
Data visualization and report automation
Dashboard creation
Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline, 30+ years
Proven experience in data handling and reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage large data sets efficiently
