Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies to gather essential information while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Properly categorize and label call data to facilitate accurate reporting and analysis.
- Review call transcripts for insights, identify trends, and offer recommendations for process enhancements.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience in medical billing or insurance claims.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with medical billing software is a plus.
